All international teams must stay in a Walt Disney World Resort hotel and purchase a registration pack for each athlete, coach and spectator on the team All equipment must be completed and paid no later than 45 days before the event. Each team is limited to a maximum number of athletes depending on the age group of the team: 6v6 (9 and 10 years old) Maximum 12 players per team 8v8 (11 and 12 years old) Maximum 14 players per team 11v11 (13 to 18 years old) Maximum 18 players per team. Age category of a team will be determined by the age of the older player in the team. Please visit the website of the tournament to see an age category. Travel Partners are responsible for registration, documentation of the entire group and invoices required for payment. The Travel Companion will be responsible for securing the components of the Disney Tournament Sales Representative registration package and providing them to the teams.

After receiving your tournament contract, you will conclude your participation in the tournament and return the contract with the payment of the first night of your block of rooms. A Disney Sports representative will work with your travel companion and team contact to complete the on-line tournament application process.
Gather all the documentation required to ensure your participation in the tournament: List of rooms Sign the Disney Sports Waiver document for each player and coach Medical authorization form for all players and coaches Copies of player passports Proof of health insurance for all players and coaches Complete online application Representation letter
All payments must be made 45 days prior to the arrival of the group. To take advantage of promotional prices all payments must be made 75 days before the tournament. Payments can be made by bank transfer, credit card or check from the approved company. Delays in payments are subject to additional charges.
All international teams must be fully registered 45 days before the tournament.
Only teams that have a contract with the deposit are eligible for Visa assistance. Deadline for Visa attendance is 75 days prior to the tournament. You should provide a list of rooms with the שּׁn to receive Visa assistance.
The team has 15 days from the date the contract was sent to return the contract with the payment.
Full payment must be received 45 days prior to the tournament. For promotional prices, full payment must be received 75 days prior to the tournament. Teams that do not make all payments 45 days prior to the tournament will be subject to late fees, lost deposit and other penalties that could include cancellation of the tournament.
Provide a list with the precise and definitive rooms in the spreadsheet before the 45 days before the tournament.

We only have a certain amount of rooms available to be booked at home property. The faster we receive your request the more opportunity to secure your room in the hotel you have chosen.
The rates for children will be the same for adults, because these prices already have an excellent discount on wholesale rates.
The airport transfers offered in the packages are shuttle service, meaning they are not private and will not have the greeting and welcome service for the team upon arrival at Orlando International Airport. Please contact the reservation time if you wish to have a private service for your team with assistance. It will be a pleasure for us to provide this service at an additional cost.
